This is your best pencil work to date, especially since the effort you put into the fine (yet critical) details really shows: the hands (even gloved) are top-notch work, and nearly all of the lines are crisp and solidly in-place. (The eraser marks around her mouth don't count against it, either. ) If I'm required to nitpick, the proportion of her upper body to her hips and legs might seem a touch off, but I could also be misreading the pose. (Heck, I only tried drawing a headshot of Penelope last night, so I'm far from being an expert on either AB or anime style).
I am a little concerned that Battalion 147 hasn't requisitioned her a new uniform since she was 12, as this one seems to be stretched a bit much (but, hey, just perfect for anime style).
Still, the detail and image are stunning, and everything down to the little lines give a hint of muscle on her right shoulder smack of precision. Next, we have to get you off of lined paper (inkjet paper is cheap and easier to work with than "sketch paper," even the acid-free stuff for archiving), and perhaps it's time to think about getting some tech. pens or even going straight to digital tracing.
